Welcome to the Chevalier Theatre Organ Society!

We are nonprofit organization founded in 2002 to restore and install a rare, 1922 Mighty Wurlitzer Theatre Pipe Organ in Chevalie Theatre, the municipal auditorium of the City of Medford, Massachusetts. Once playing, the 2-manual, 9-rank Chevalier instrument will be one of only seven Wurlitzer theatre pipe organs in public venues in Massachusetts, and beckon audiences to the Chevalier Theatre for concerts, silent movie accompaniment, educational programs and more!
